Heartfelt Thanks

This morning I caught myself doing it.
I had a week-old e-mail from a friend and had forgotten to circle back with a "Thank you" for the interesting information she took time to send.
You know what they say, "better late than never".

Feeling gratitude and not expressing it, is like
wrapping a present and not giving it.
~William Arthur Ward

Expressions of gratitude, no matter how small,
are a wonderful reflection of others' kindnesses
and also an act of our kindess in turn.

Today...
♦  I'll be looking at my e-mail history to see if I've missed any other thank yous.
♦  I want to spend my day being very aware of how I say thank you
    - making sure I'm sincerely expressing my thanks and appreciation
      with my whole self.

Finally today I want to give a heartfelt thank you to all who have supported me with this blog - especially since I am still finding my way in the early stages.  Your comments and encouragement mean so much!  ♥ Thank you! ♥

Do you have any wrapped presents that you have not given?

Wishing you a beautiful day!
Doreen

Hi Doreen!
I'm baaack from Dad's!
Your post reminds me that one of the first things I need to do is send out some Thank you's!
Our cousins, Rose, Craig, Paul and Sue put on quite a Palm Sunday feast! It truly was a feast from childhood memories! The pasta alone brought back countless memories and your name came up more than once regarding the homemade pasta you would make with our grandmother. A BIG thank you for learning her skill!
I can't wait to bake with you and Marcy on Thursday! I'll bring some fun stuff over {like my new bunny cutter and stencils :o)
Despite the rain, it's soooo good to have traveled safely.
See you soon!
♥ love,
Maria

That was a sweet post and I try real hard to thank people but maybe some have slipped through. I'm going to check back too. Have a wonderful day.
